I've often called Doug Fike "Exponential Man" in my mind. He's always hunting and gathering: paradigms, frameworks, organizing principles, insights and intuitive leaps. And since I am way over getting smarter and much more dedicated to pursuing wisdom, these things are of great value to me personally.

I want to be among the folks Doug debriefs with. I want to be tracking and growing and deepening. I want to expand organically and holistically, not linearly and mechanically.

Making mind-to-mind contact is my drug of choice. I hunger for wisdom and insight, to be a useful older woman. Which is one of the reasons why I’ve built regular interaction with Doug and Charlene Fike into my routine life rhythms.
