Platinum Package

A comprehensive coaching program designed for the point leader ready to maintain an aggressive growth focus in multiple dimensions while proactively cultivating a flourishing Core Relational Sphere (marriage, family, mentoring constellation, core team).

Your coach will work with you to develop a growth-oriented plan and effective support systems custom-designed to help you and your family flourish, while your core team thrives and you bear the lasting strategic fruit you were created to bear.  Includes periodic organizational resourcing as appropriate.

Package includes:

  • Initial assessment to identify goals and establish shared expectations

  • Initial site visit to jump-start your coaching program for maximum results

  • Up to 4 coaching hours per month. Your Coach is also available during normal business hours by phone and email to discuss unforeseen challenges that arise during the week.

  • Up to 4 hours additional TSF per month

  • An initial 2 day, 2 night intensive and comprehensive Legacy Retreat involving you, your spouse, and a key colleague after 6 months in the coaching program

  • A 2 day, 2 night retreat each successive year, incorporating a Legacy Review process and customized R&R for you and your spouse at an exclusive location

  • Optional participation in a virtual Executive Cohort *

  • Up to 6 hours of personal coaching prior to, during and following an immersive annual Executive Retreat overseas, including a 2 hour marriage check-up session if applicable. Trip involves separate cost, varying by location.

  • Up to 4 complementary consultations per year with team members, mentors, or key colleagues

  • 4 life coaching sessions with an additional family member including complementary participation in our signature Destiny Discovery Quest program

  • Priority access to intimate events designed for lifelong learners and senior leaders

  • Discounted access to resources and services supplied by our strategic partners

  • Requires at least 2 hours per week of your participation, plus an additional 2 hours per week if participating in the Executive Cohort.

Monthly Investment: $2400

* Gold and Platinum package clients are invited to participate in a private online Executive Cohort facilitated by your coach - a select circle of point leaders similarly engaged in a lifelong journey of personal transformation, with a view toward bearing lasting fruit and finishing well.

Each person focuses on running their own race with excellence, engaging personal constraints and cultivating enhancements to a good finish, while interacting with others in a support-rich environment within a convergence paradigm. Participation in this group is optional but strongly recommended, beginning in the third month of your coaching program. It will require a consistent additional investment of time and energy, focused on your own goals and objectives.
